Jongno Amare Hotel

Amazingly well-designed place where everything has been thought through. Great value for money as you get not only compact apartment-like room, but also free breakfast, free laundry service including the drying machine, a huge TV and a desk with a computer. Everything is very clean, new and high quality to begin with. Friendly staff.

I didn't experience the breakfast, as I don't get up that early. The room however was great nice firm mattress, big tv with Netflix. I've also had a balcony which was nice and a nice heated throne. Another great feature was the Coway air purifier in the room. Great location easy access to the busses and underground. You can take the bus to Seoul Station by a quick 15mins bus ride (3mins walk from the hotel to the busstop).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the amenities were top-notch, featuring a generously sized TV and well-maintained contemporary furniture. The staff members were incredibly friendly, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel's location is truly exceptional, being in close proximity to the vibrant Insadong district, making exploration and dining incredibly convenient. While the breakfast was not overly extravagant, it offered a satisfactory variety, and what it lacked in flair, it made up for with the attentive and kind service from the staff. Moreover, for those with a car, the hotel provides a very convenient parking option, adding a layer of convenience for travelers who prefer to explore the city on their own terms. Overall, my experience at this hotel was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and friendly service.

Location is great for exploring Seoul with plenty of sights nearby as well as easy access to the metro (note that if you're arriving on line 1 it's much quicker to use exit 1 rather than exit 5). The room was clean spacious and comfortable and the facilities were fantastic (rainfall shower, coffee machine and a 50 inch TV).
